REBEL STUDIOS AI — Purchase & Refund Policy

1. Pricing and Purchase

1.1 License Fees

The Software is available for purchase at the price displayed at checkout at the time of your purchase. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties unless expressly stated. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time; price changes will not affect orders that have already been processed.

1.2 Payment Processing

All purchases are processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe / PayPal / other). By completing a purchase, you agree to the payment processor's terms of service and authorize the charge of the applicable fees to your designated payment method. We do not store complete payment card numbers.

1.3 Taxes

You are responsible for all applicable sales, use, value-added, and similar taxes. Where required by law, the Company will collect and remit applicable taxes.

2. License Delivery

Upon successful payment, your License Key will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout, typically within 5 minutes. If you do not receive your License Key within 24 hours, contact [email protected]. The Company is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect email addresses or spam filters.

3. One-Device Restriction and Non-Transferability

Each license purchase entitles you to use the Software on a single (1) device. Licenses are:

• Non-transferable: You may not sell, give, or otherwise transfer your License Key or your right to use the Software to another person or entity;
• Non-refundable after the refund window described in Section 4;
• Non-shareable: You may not share access to the Software or your License Key with others.

Multi-device use requires the purchase of additional licenses.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Eligibility Window

Refunds are available within five (5) days of the original purchase date ("Refund Window"), subject to the conditions in Section 4.2.

4.2 Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Submit a refund request to [email protected] within the Refund Window;
• Provide your order number, email address used for purchase, and reason for the refund request;
• Not have previously received a refund for the same or a substantially similar license;
• Not have activated the License Key on a device.
• If Rebel Studios AI terminates for breach, no refund will be provided.

4.3 Post-Activation Refunds

No Refund After Activation: Once a License Key has been activated and the Software has been successfully installed and used on a Licensed Device, the license is considered fully delivered and consumed. No refunds will be issued after activation, except where required by applicable law. Free trial is available to all customers to evaluate the product prior to purchase.

4.4 Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Purchases outside the Refund Window, except as required by applicable law;
• Claimed inability to use the Software due to technical incompatibility not disclosed in our system requirements, unless the user contacted support and the issue was not resolved;
• Dissatisfaction with Software features that were accurately described prior to purchase;
• Purchases made in violation of these Terms (e.g., resale attempts).

4.5 Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within fifteen (15) business days. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

4.6 Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund and we have not resolved your request within thirty (30) days, you may initiate the informal dispute resolution process described in Section 9.2 of our End User License Agreement before pursuing any formal claim.

4.7 No-Refund-on Frivolous-Arbitration Provision

If a user initiates a formal arbitration or court proceeding that is dismissed or decided entirely in Licensor's favor, Licensor reserves the right to terminate the user's license without refund obligation, in addition to any fee-shifting available under the dispute resolution provisions of the EULA.

4.8 Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by New York law and incorporated into the End User License Agreement.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider or card issuer without first contacting the Company and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate your license and bar future purchases. Abusive chargebacks may be reported to payment networks and may affect your credit standing with our payment processor.

6. License Upgrades and Multi-Device Bundles

Upgrade pricing may be available to existing licensees who wish to upgrade to additional devices or to a bundle license. Contact [email protected] for information. Upgrade purchases are subject to these policies.
